Today really tested how important it is to have friends. I had a confrontation with my parents today which resulted me to get kicked out, but at the heat of the moment my friends took me in and welcomed me to their homes while I sorted things out with my parents. I’m back home now and there’s still some tension. But I’ve proved my choice on loyal friends were right especially under these circumstances.

Cliche and all but freal, homies4lyfe

I went to watch my sister, Meryssa, perform at Battle of the Classes this year at my old high school. This year is different than the previous years because there would be a skit and dances for Homecoming and Battle. This year, the homecoming is actually about coming back home, therefore reuniting the classes as one whole school. Teachers and staff decided this would be better since class presidents of previous years were overworked. All the class tension is now only performed once in a school year and that is- Battle. 

The themes were musicals (like 07’s theme).

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Freshmen), Annie (Sophomores), The Nightmare Before Christmas (Juniors), Lion King (Seniors)

I only came for the 2nd half so I didn’t see the first two skits. Sophomores were so good that they beat the Junior class.

Props to class of 2012, they really deserved it

I’m spending my Friday night posting about last friday night. Ha, how interesting. Lauren had the night off for once from work so she wanted to go out. The weather has been really inconsistent for the past couple weeks. Earlier that day, it was cloudy but later on to the night it started pouring. We didn’t want to go clubbing so we went bowling instead. 

We bowled buzzed, ha and let’s just keep it as that. Oh, and I won.
